Working at Height Training Courses
RenewableUK and Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Safety Training (BST)
One of the biggest causes of injuries on work sites is due to falls through fragile roofs and from ladders which in some cases can be fatal. The aim of the Working at Height training courses are to prevent such incidents from occurring and to maintain the overall safety of the workplace.
It is a legal duty of employees to comply with health & safety guidelines in the workplace to limit the risk of injury to themselves and other members of staff.
While there are some situations where common sense can be applied, there are both high & low-risk scenarios that require precautious guidelines to avoid danger to staff.
The Working at Height training courses cover the basic practice and regulations when performing duties and tasks at a height. Such principle areas addressed are an introduction to working at heights regulations, using equipment appropriately and working in fragile environments.
We also provide Global Wind Organisation Training, which you can find out more about here.
